Prices:
Prices start at $95 for the standard 7" ARC + $5/inch rounding up to the nearest half inch. How does that work? Well, if your ARC measures 9.25", we round up to 9.5" this is what it looks like:
$95+(2.5 x $5)=$107.50 + Shipping.
To Order
To order your ARC, simply create your template that includes all of the information in the sample template below. You can then contact us directly through our contact page and follow the instructions in the video below if you need help or guidance. Be sure to include your name, guitar model, and wood choice on the template. Also continue your trace past the masking tape markers as we often extend the ARC a bit more. The first marker in the video (11mins) will bring you to the tracing process. Attach your template as a PDF and include your full address and wood choice and we'll take it from there.
Refunds & Replacement
For our custom fitted ARCs, unfortunately we can not issue refunds. The nature of customization means that your ARC will not fit someone else's specifications which does not give us the option of resale.
If your ARC is destroyed upon arrival we will happily build you a replacement. Note that shipping will still be applied outside of Canada.
Wood Choices
We are proud to offer your choice of Ebony, Maple, or Mahogany. Unfortunately du to recent changes in legislation around wood export and import, we are limited in what wood types we can access. In certain cases, however, we can access other varieties at an additional cost.
Keep in mind that the wood is a natural product you may discover unique features in your ARC, as well as a variation in colour and grain. Note that we do not offer staining, or dying but we will do our best to match the tone of the natural wood as best we can. Despite this, there may still be some colour differentiations between the wood we have access to and that used by the instrument builder. Also, the wood you're looking for may or may not be in stock at the moment so please double check with us to ensure we can obtain it.

Standard shipping within Canada is $5 per ARC and $20 (up to 3 ARCs) in the USA. Please contact us for any special shipping needs.

Your Template
Step 1
Play your guitar and mark off the area that your arm travels with low tack tape. Be sure to give yourself a bit of room for error and play standing up with your strap and sitting with your guitar on your knee or between your legs.
Step 2
Find an 8 1/2"X11" sheet of paper and tape it over the area your masking tape covers. Try to leave at least 3/4" from the edge of the page so nothing gets cut off when I try to print it.
Step 3
Using a dark coloured Crayon or a pencil, trace around the edge of the guitar, making sure to create a clear solid line that can be easily seen. Colour in the edges of the tape and go a bit past for posterity.
Step 4
Add your sizing mark of 1" x 1", your name, Guitar type, wood choice, and any other information you'd like to include like your address.
Step 5
Scan your template with an actual scanner. Photos will not work for this and can not be accepted. A PDF is preferred and please ensure that the image is scanning at 100%.
Step 6
Send your template to acousticresonancecomfort@gmail.com or using the contact form at the bottom of this page, along with your full mailing address and any special shipping instructions you may have. An invoice will be sent via PayPal prior to the construction of your ARC.

Hang tight and get ready to hear your instrument like you've never heard it before!
